Ian Hackett has been leasing and selling office and industrial properties in Phoenix for 19 years. He started his career representing landlords and building owners at Grubb & Ellis where he focused on selling and leasing buildings and land throughout the Phoenix market. He left Grubb and Ellis in 2002 and took a position as a Property Manger at RREEF where he continued representing landlords and building owners. These experiences led Ian to ask an important question; who is looking out for the best interests of the tenant? Hackett Real Estate Solutions opened its doors in 2003 with the goal of leveling the playing field; ensuring tenants get the representation they deserve.
Ian exclusively represents office and industrial users looking to lease or purchase commercial real estate throughout Arizona with a focus on metro Phoenix. Space requirements range in size anywhere from 1,000 to 50,000 square feet and Hackett Real Estate Solutions maintains one consistent theme throughout; all clients receive the same dedication, attention, professional courtesy and most importantly, results. One of Ian’s proudest accomplishment is his track record, 95% of his clients return again and again and consistently refer friends and clients.
Ian is active in the community sitting on the Early Childhood Development Council with Southwest Human Development, a local non-profit agency dedicated to improving services for children with disabilities. He manages, coaches, and plays on a men’s amateur soccer team in Scottsdale, a team he and his brother Jason started 18 years ago. (Rose & Crown Eagles) He also sits on the Discipline and Rules Committee for SUASL, State United Amateur Soccer League and gives back to the sport wherever he can.
